Peter and his team had already scooped both the Consistently High Standards and High Profile Practice award categories. They now take the top prize in this year’s AVN Inspiring Accountants Awards.
TBLA provides comprehensive sustainability reporting and ESG strategies to their clients. They are also committed to doing the same in their own business, achieving the demanding B Corp status in 2023.
Over the last four years, the practice has grown from high stress, low profit to a well-known specialist accounting business that regularly wins awards and is a leader in their niche. By continuously refining their systems and processes they have created a practice that delivers for their clients, even without the owner’s involvement. And Peter has been tireless in amplifying their profile within their target market to raise the issues that matter to them.
