My role at AVN is administration and customer care. I spend a lot of my time talking to accountants to find out more about them and see how AVN could help them.
I also provide onboarding and customer service for our AVN members, and generally make sure they are getting the most out of working with us. I love being the person who starts off their journey with AVN. Sometimes I’ll make a call and speak to an accountant who’s feeling overworked and stressed out, and I think ‘we could really help to get this person’s life back!’ It’s then a great pleasure to see their progress and how much of a difference we can make to them.
I’m here to be part of a team that creates positive change through helping our members. We give them the ability to help their clients and improve businesses and improve lives.
